No matter what business you run, iPad or iPhone always can become a very useful tool for you with the apps. iOS is the most popular mobile platforms in the industry, no one can compete with it. Another Hacker Geohot Release iOS App

After pod2g, another member of jailbreak community Geohot also releases an App for iOS. This app is called Reactions and now is waiting for the approval of Apple.

So it seems like the jailbreak community now is also marching to App Store. First, pod2g launches PodDJ in App Store, and now is Reactions from another legendary hacker Geohot. After approved by Apple users can use this app in iOS devices.

Here is the description about this camera app from the developer:

What’s better than one camera? Two cameras! Reactions supports two cameras. That’s twice as many cameras as our leading competitor, Instagram. You know what’s cooler than a billion dollars? Two billion dollars.

The app captures your reaction while shooting using the front facing camera. Notably, it appears that you won’t be able to save the pictures. You will have three seconds to decide whether or not it’s shared to all your Facebook friends.

Wow, sounds very interesting right? I guess this app will attract a lot of users who love interesting things. Just imagine you take a weird picture and is too late to delete, poof, all your friends on Facebook now see it.

I definitely want this app so now let’s just hope it can be approved by Apple soon.

iPod Designer Tony Fadell Talks the Design Process of Apple Products

After leaving Apple, Tony Fadell who charged iPod department didn’t continue to develop the similar products, but to design thermostat and build Nest. At recent Bloomberg Design Conference, Tony Fadell talked about the design process of Apple products.

Fadell explained that a key and yet often overlooked difference between Apple and other tech companies is that Apple ships 99% of the products that pass certain internal milestones. Compared to the situation in Philips where he was charged with overseeing the company’s audio strategy – the iPod guru noted that Philips would axe 9 projects out of 10, even if a particular product was about to ship.

Google Continues Promoting Map in iOS

Since released in iOS, Google Maps has received great achievements, but Google is not satisfied yet, the company is still promoting and advertising their map for iOS. If you have tried to search Google Maps in your iPhone, then I bet you already find out Google’s moves.

Google Maps heads the first place in App Store in just a few hours, and downloads is more than ten millions in less than two days. But Google needs more to show Apple how popular the map app is for iOS device users, considering Apple removed Google Maps before.

Google has started heavily promoting the new Google Maps app with fullscreen banners and floating buttons in its web search on the iPhone. A fullscreen banner with a prominent link to visit the App Store is displayed when you first try to look at a location in Google’s web results on the iPhone.

Well, Apple Maps has a terrible user experience so the company has to approve the access of Google Maps in iOS again, which is considered by Google as a very good chance to prove Apple’s mistake and failure. Maybe I am too exaggerated about this thing, but I really can smell the gunpowder that spread from Google.

Anyway, for users who have been leaded by Apple Maps to the wrong places now finally can rely on Google Maps in iPhone.
